An Analysis of the Difficulties on the New Generation of Migrant Workers' Integration into City and Its Countermeasures: An Example in Dazhou City of East Sichuan

The new generation of migrant workers' integration into city has already become a current focus problem of the political circles and the academia,but it is in initial stage of exploration on the whole.There are difficulties in city economic level,cultural identity,personal qualities,mental resources and the other system of household registration system derived.The new generation of migrant workers into the city will be a complex process;there need many system innovations in social security system of migrant workers,education of occupation,city culture,and the development of migrant workers organization to minimize this process.
