Abstract

Applying salicylic acid on tomato seedlings after 8 ℃ low temperature stress, the extent damage indicator of the membrane permeability,MDA content, the main physiological and biochemical indicators of soluble protein and soluble sugar content were studied. The results showed that with the low temperature time longer, foliar application of salicylic acid treatment in the conductivity during low temperature stress and MDA content were lower than the untreated tomato seedling;soluble protein and soluble sugar content rised significantly greater than the untreated plant not sprayed.Among them, the best concentration of salicylic acid treatment was 3.0 mmol/L.
