Abstract
Using tomoato breed 'Liaoyuanduoli' as test material,under high temperature(35℃/25℃) stress,the effect of different concentrations(30,60,90,120 mg/L) of SA on the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and malonic dialdehyde(MDA) in tamatoleaves and its effect on increasing the stress resistance of tomato seeding were studied.The results showed that as the increase of SA concentration,the content of MDA increased first and decreased afterwards in tomato seedlings.The relieve from high temperature stress was affected by its concentration of SA and 90 mg/L had the best effect.
