On the Construction of Teaching Staff in New-Built Local College

In recent years,with the improvement of national education,some local Secondary Specialized Schools and High-level institutions have been promoted to colleges.In such colleges,due to the improvement of school level and expansion of scale,the positioning of colleges has also been changed and the teaching staff has transformed.Therefore,the construction,overall quality,incentive mechanism and salary of teaching staff and so on need to be improved in order to adapt to the teaching development of such colleges.
