This paper selects a typical case of Yilong county tourism development overall plan,summed up the universal significance of principles and development concepts to guide tourism planning for county of China,tourism planning should focus on sustainable development,market-oriented,highlighting local features,and feasible principles,proposed ideas of tourism development plan for the western counties.
