Abstract
The systematic study of leaching red mud with hydrochloric acid is carried out.The microstructure and phase transformation of red mud is analyzed by means of SEM and XRD.The experiment results show that the leaching ratios of Fe and Al are 82% and 30.5% respectively under the condition that reaction temperature 80℃,liquid to solid ratio 6,hydrochloric acid concentration 7mol / L and reaction time 3h.Microstructure of red mud is transformed from granular into layer frame shape after been leached by HCl.The hematite in red mud has been totally leached by HCl.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
