Talking about the Effect in Employment Guidance of College Counselor in the Normal University

In recent years the employment situation of teachers, college graduates, is very grave in the job market. In this paper, from the contradiction of supply and demand, concept of employment, social system and so on, probe into the countermeasure. We believe that it should be established through taking the employment guidance of college counselor to improve the ability of employment guidance counselor, ideological and political education effectiveness.
