Abstract
College students's employment guidance is a very important work,the graduates' employment status quality immediately influence the survival and development of the whole school.In the current graduates'employment situation,through analysis on the responsibility and advantages of major teachers' involvement in employment guidance works,suggestions on how to develop major teachers' guidance in graduates' employment is discussed thoroughly.
