Consideration for Luoyang to Take the Road of New Type of Industrialization

This paper,based on the present state of the industrial development in Luoyang, puts forward some principles and suggestions for Luoyang to take the road of a new type of industrialization, which are as followings: to develop information industry; adhere the strategy of sustainable development; strengthen the construction of small towns;cany out the personnel strategy;built up the first-class international enterprises;form a municipal economical orbit to promote the level of opening to the outside world.
