Abstract
Innovation is the impetus for development.Improving the innovative ability of medical students is the core of quality education,as well as the mission and challenge of medical school now.Medical:university education plays an important role in fostering high-quality medical talent with innovative thinking.Thus,7-year advanced medical education,as a new model of elite's education,should pay more attention to the cultivation of innovative ability.Combining specialized characteristics of 7-year program of clinical medicine with the research results of innovation theory,this article presents specific strategies and methods.
