Strategy on the Protection of Knowledge Property in the Times of Knowledge Economy

With the intellectual economy era arriving,the function of the intellectual property right protection is more and more significant.The degree of the intellectual property right protection system has become an important sign for reflecting and weighing the intellectual economy development.The main task of this article is to analyze some existing problems of the intellectual property right protection in our country,and provides some policy advice for reinforce the intellectual property right protection.
