On Protecting the Intellectual Property Right Under the Condition of Information Economy

The rapid development of information economy is causing a great challenge to traditional theories of intellectual property. Examining the case from three aspects, namely copyright, trademark right and patent right, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the information economy on the protection of intellectual property with an approach of combining theory with practice. On this basis, the author puts forward the fundamental way of protecting intellectual property in the world of information economy through the combination of international conventions with the actual situation of international conventions with the actual situation of our country.
