Abstract

Introduction on the sources and pollution degree of wastewater from China's brewery was presented. By innovating production process, re-utilizing used yeast, strengthening mangrment, reducing beer loss, it discussed the feasibility of cleaner producion of the beer.It can be made a conelusion that these measures will play important roles on cleaner pro- duction of the beer by analyzing environmental and economic benefits.
