Abstract
E-P analysis technology was used in this article to accurately discuss the energy-saving effects of scale enlarging and the cleaner production in a beer factory. Electricity and water consumption were compared in two manufacture phases of the brewery; and the unit consumptions of electricity and fresh water showed that the projects of enlarging and cleaner production has brought efficiency and benefits for the factory.
