Abstract
Extraction of flavonoids in sorghum using ethanol was studied. The effects of ethanol concentration, temperature, extraction time, and ratio of material to solvent were studied. The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: 65% ethanol,solid/liquid ratio of 6∶100,extraction time of 120 min under 80℃ under the optimal conditions, the content of total flavonoids was 0.54%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
