Abstract
Zeatin ,Indoacetic acid content correlated closely with grainsfilling. The contents of zeatin, Indoacetic acid were consistent with grainsfilling, it illustrated that zeatin, Indoacetic acid promoted grains filling. The inferior grains developed later, their endosperm cells were fewer but bigger than that of superior grains. Zeatin promoted endosperm cell division; indoacetic acid promoted endosperm cell to stretch and enlarge. The contents of zeatin and indoacetic acid determine the number and volume of endosperm cell respectively.
