A Study on Temporal-spatial Features and Influence Factors of Land Economic Density of Central Plain Economic Zone

This paper analyzes the temporal-spatial features and influence factors of land economic density of Central Plain Economic Zone from 2001 to 2010,by using the methods including Theil index,variation coefficient,Nich index,land economic density change rate,Arc GIS spatial analysis and ESDA analysis.The research results show that: Generally the land economic density of Central Plain Economic Zone tends to increase continuously,however,the difference among cities are obvious and the land density change rate waved.Different regional land economic density differences has great consistency with economic structure stability,the tendency of spatial concentration is obvious in the whole area,but local spatial cluster centers are located in Zhengzhou,Central Plain Urban Agglomeration and the northern region of Henan province.Finally,with the influence factors of improved urbanization level,growth technology input,industrial restructuring and traffic location change,the land economic benefit will be significantly improved.
