Analysis on regional disparity and dynamic evolution characteristics of land economic density for town-industry in Gansu

Regional disparity and dynamic evolution characteristics of town-industry economic density of Gansu's every county during 2001 to 2007 were analyzed based on theil index,variation index,spatial autocorrelation theory and the GIS and GEODA and taking the 83counties of Guansu province as the research units.The results show that the economic density of town-industry in Gansu was showed a rising trend but the area difference was apparent too.With the development of economic,the relative development speed of land economic density appeared different;The total difference of land economic in Gansu was fluctuating upward trend while the difference among 14 cities were dwindled.The inner difference of land economic density among some counties of partial cities appeared upward trend,the difference of town-industry land economic density of Gansu was increased by the inner difference among some of counties.The agglomeration tendency of land economic density in Gansu was weak,while that in Tianshui,Lanzhou and Qingyang showed strengthened tendency.Reasonable control of the construction landscale and intensive land use was necessary for conservation-oriented society,and the town-industry land economic density can be used as a effective basis for arranged town-industry land in overall land use planning in every county.
