Abstract

In this article, we analyze the problem of teaching quality we confront after merging of colleges and universities. Expound the necessity of building teaching quality management system in colleges and universities. We also discuss the pattern of teaching quality management system base on process under ISO9000 series standard. In detail, we use PDCA process means propose on improve the professional building of teaching quality management.
