Problems in the Development of Smart City in China and Their Solution

Smart city is the advanced form after the digital city and intellectualized city,and the deep integration of the informatization,industrialization and urbanization.The development of smart city is of great significance to city's economic transformation,live style amelioration of residents,environmental protection and society management.During the development of smart city,there are many problems that the cities are similar to each other at construction contents,pay attention to development instead of application,emphasize on imitating technology instead of research,and are difficult to integrate resource.The paper suggests,in developing smart city we must attach great importance to diversities and characters to stimulate cities' development vitality,uphold application priority principle,be directed by market demand to develop,depend on the technology innovation and the development of strategic emerging industries,and eliminate information isolation by intelligent integrating.
