RESEARCH ON SMART CITES OF EUROPE

The city's capability depends not only on the hardware infrastructure of the city,but also on social infrastructure (human and social capital) quality.The latter is a decisive factor for the competitiveness of the city.In this background,the concept was recently introduced as an urban development strategy.This paper analyzes the construction and development of smart cities in Europe,including environmental quality,e-government management.Thus,to analyze the development of smart cities strategic planning in Europe.With the development of as the performance of artificial intelligence technology in future,it will reduce the pressure on the management of government departments.They will have more time to consider the city's long-term development and strategic management.With the new generation of intelligent technology,Smart City is able to sense,analyze and manage the urban environment,public service.It will make the city more intelligent and scienti c,while reducing the reliance on manual management,enhancing the ability of cities to respond to emergencies.Smart city will create a good living environment for the public.
