Abstract

Nowadays,because of the increasing pressure of employment and the influences of global financial crisis,graduates' psychological problems concerning employment increasingly arise.When it comes to employment,graduates are characterized as keen self-awareness and practical flexibility.In addition,their employment psychological conditions and employment personality vary from person to person.To address these problems,a comprehensive system which takes society,colleges,families and college students into account should be developed.
