Abstract
Anthrone-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide and determination conditions were studied. The results showed that when Lycium barbarum polysaccharide sample solution was added with anthronesulfuric acid reagent at half of its volume, heated at 100℃ for 5min and the absorbance was measured at 625nm after cooling for 8min.The RSD in precision experiments was 1.27%,and the average recovery rate was 99.78% with RSD =2.26%,the content of Lycium barbarum was 1.14%.
