Abstract
This paper analyses Object characteristics of geospatial metadata firstly.Then, it presents a developing geospatial metadata standard of special industry and domain with Object-Oriented method.Finally, it designs a detailed approach and applies this method to develop Metadata Standard for Geospatial Information of Water Resources, which demonstrates that the method is feasible and scientific.
