Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinic effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods: From April 2010 to April 2011,90 chronic bronchitis patients were divided into the treatment group(n=45) and the control group(n=45).The patients in the treatment group received Ambroxol Hydrochloride therapy, while those in the control group received Brombexine therapy, the clinic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 97.7%,while the control group was only 75.5% after 7 days of treatment, there was statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in treatment of chronic bronchitis is of significant curative effect.
