Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Dezocine on neurosurgical patients. Methods: 64 cases of ASA Ⅰ ~ II level line in neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into two groups, postoperative land Zuoxin of which were controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA),group(34 cases),group B(30 cases) Shufenfentanyl, were observed analgesic, sedative effects and adverse reactions. Results: There was a statistical significant(P0.05) in the VAS score in the postoperative 4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h,and there was a statistical significant(P0.05) in the incidence of adverse reactions and Ramsay score. The A group was all better than the B group. Conclusions: The analgesia efficacy was definite that Dezocine was used in the neurosurgical patients and with less adverse reaction.
