Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil in postoperative analgesia. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients were treated during the period of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ undergoing selective operation in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012,they were on average, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group used dezocine combined with sufentanil, metoclopramide for postoperative anal-gesia,the control group used sufentanil combined with metoclopramide for postoperative analgesia, postoperative analgesia, sedation scores, and the results of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group of postoperative 1,3,6,12,48 h was lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with sufentanil analgesia in postoperative sedation, more obvious effect, less side effect, high security.
