Application of the competence-level management in the quality management of nursing documentation

Based on the principle of competence-level management,we set up the pathway of quality control for nursing documentation and implement the whole process of quality control,which including the head nurse,quality control team,quality control personnel and nurse.Through quality control by various levels and the management measures with open and clear responsibilities,the nurses' sense of responsibility and honor was motivated,their positivity was improved,the quality management of nursing documentation was optimized,which further improved the general quality of nursing documentation.
