Abstract

Relying on universities to strengthen the agricultural scientific and technological innovation is one of the important ways to improve China′s agricultural technology extension system. The paper seted an example from Liaoning Agricultural Vocation-Technical College ′s ″AgricultureCountryside-Famer Service″,and explored the importance of universities involving in agricultural science and technology system,as well as the approach of enhancing the agricultural science and technology extension service capability.
