Abstract

Connecting with the practice of the periodicals retrospective database construction of the library of Meizhouwan Vocational Technology College in Fujian Province,this paper introduces in detail the preparatory works,scheme determination,concrete procedures,existing problems and corresponding of each stage of periodicals retrospective database construction of the libraries of the starting-type higher vocational colleges transforming from the handwork management into computer integrated system management.
