Discussion on the Self-built Database of Higher Vocational College's Library

This paper expounds the necessity of developing self-built database in higher vocational college's library and the ideas for constructing characteristic resources by higher vocational college's library,and taking the library of Tianjin University of Technology and Education as an example,introduces some measures and methods for constructing the characteristic collection resources.
