Stick to & Improve the Basic Economic System of Primary Stage of Socialism of China

The reason for us to stick to the basic economic system is decided by our situation in primary stage of socialism and multilevels on the development of productivity; it is the summary of our party's long-term practice on the construction of socialism and also the summary of our reform and opening practice since 1990s. We must consolidate and develop state ownership, encourage, support and guide the development of non state ownership; we have to insist on the major position of state ownership, promote the development of non state ownership and unify them into the progress of building of socialism modernization and we couldn't oppose them so as to improve the basic economic system.
