Abstract
An uncertainty judgment matrix-three-point interval number complementary judgment matrix is put forward and the consistency and weight estimation approach are studied.Based on the complete consistency definition of three-point interval number complementary judgment matrix, get the satisfactory consistency definition by using fuzzy membership method, and the model of weight solution is given. The upper and lower weight can be estimated based on the satisfactory factor. In the last, the model validity is proved by two examples.
