Abstract

Problems exiting in the design,optimization process and assess management of the primary frequency regulation control system are analyzed deeply.Characteristics of primary frequency regulation control technology are analyzed and discussed from the dynamic and stochastic aspects.Opinions and suggestions on the setting of important parameters of primary frequency regulation and regulations of dynamic management are proposed,which can make the control technology and management more scientific and the execution and optimization process more precise.
