Control Strategy and Modification Measure Based on New Frequency Regulation Mode

Abstract

In order to strengthen the role of frequency regulation of directly dispatched generator units in CSG,a new long and short cycle frequency regulation mode is proposed.The basic content of the new frequency regulation mode is introduced,and main problems existing in the new frequency regulation mode are analyzed including power grid and generators.Control strategy and modification measure are proposed from aspects of primary frequency regulation,AGC and power generation plan,which explore the working thought of frequency regulation.
