Abstract
the current cultivated land protection of China is confronting with the knotty situation.To define the corporate responsibilities of the whole society on cultivated land protection,as well as effectively intensifying and executing the social restraint mechanism of cultivated land protection are significant countermeasures for preserving cultivated land in China.Based on the performance analysis of existing measures of cultivated land protection,the paper indicates that the social restraint mechanism of cultivated land protection is composed of informal regulation restraint mechanism,market-directed restraint mechanism and formal regulation restraint mechanism.The paper also discusses the correlative policies and measures to maintain the orderly execution of the mechanism.
