Abstract
The two petroleum-degradating strains distracted from soil which is polluted by petroleum nearby Maoming Refinery were analyzed. Two strains have been only sourced from crude oil.The result of identification showed that they respectively belong to Pseudomonas sp.and Bacillus.sp..The degradation characteristics of two strains which have better degradation capability are studied further. The result of the experiment indicated that their degrading rate of crude oil were up to 42.8% and 44.7% after 5 days degradation, and that the best degradation effect could be obtained in pH 7.0,at NaCl concentration of 10g/L and Tween80 concentration of 40 mg/L.
