Abstract
The strain 6# was isolated from contaminated soil in Jilin oilfield. Through morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and phylogenetic analysis of 16 S r DNA sequencing, the strain was identified to belong to Gordonia sp.. UV spectrophotometer was used to analyze its degradation rate. Study on its degradation characteristics showed that the optimal conditions of crude oil degradation were at initial p H 8. 0,40 g / L Na Cl,2. 0 g / L crude oil and 35 ℃,and when cultured for 21 d,the strain obtained the maximum degradation rate( 60. 67%). In simulation experiment, degradation rate of crude oil was up to 63. 59%. These results indicated that the strain could be used for the bioremediation of crude oil contaminated soil.
