My attitude on the development of "Company with one Shareholder"

Abstract

Through comprehensive analysis on aspects such as the history of development of with one shareholder,objectivity of its existence,how to keep it go positively under regulation of new company law and objectively holding regulations on with one shareholder in the law,the article expects that the investor who will invest with one shareholder or who plans to cooperate with with one shareholder should treat it rationally based on comprehensive cognition.
