Abstract

The implementation of the new Company Law establishes the legal status of with one shareholder and marks an important progress of our country's jus of company.The Law will promotes the circulation of capital and economic development of our country.Because of the characteristics of itself,company with one shareholder has the particular merits that other company forms cannot possess.Meanwhile,it also has the unavoidable shortcomings.The article analyzes the regulations of one-person-company in the new Company Law and its shortages.At last,it put forwards the proposals to strong and to perfect the system of with one shareholder.
