On Legal Protection of Our Country’s Network Privacy Right

At present,network privacy right is still not considered as an independent right.According to the current situation,the protection of network privacy has some legal blankness.The violation of personal privacy in the network environment is worrying.The hidden trouble was produced by the openness,interactivity,and virtuality of the internet,and it is imperative that network privacy be established and defended.This paper probed into the protection mode of the network privacy,keeping a foothold of China’s national condition,expecting to improve the legal protection institutional innovation of our country’s network privacy to some degree.
