Abstract

Objective: Discussion on the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 356 cases of maternal hospital were randomly divided into control and test groups,the implementation of routine care control group the experimental group precautionary comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. Observing and recording two postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding rate and maternal adherence to treatment.Results: The test group of postpartum hemorrhage is less than the control group,and the bleeding rate lower than the control group,treatment compliance was higher,the two groups were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Maternal preventive and integrated care intervention can reduce the amount of bleeding,prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
