Genetic analysis of a rolled leaf mutant in oryza sativa

Abstract
A rolled leaf mutant was identified in the segregating populations from the transgenic rice.The leaf mutant showed the rolled leaf phenotype in the T1 population.Among the 51 T1 plants,the segregation ratio of normal leave and rolled leave was consistent with 3:1.The result of PCR method showed that the rolled leaf mutant was not caused by the T-DNA.In addition,the mutant of the rolled leaf gene also influence the development of the grain.
