Abstract
In this experiment,effects of different cultivation methods(cultivation in bottles,bags and mudwall) on biological efficiency,growth period and fruit body form of Hericium Erinaceus were studied.The results provided an important reference for suitable system of cultivation technique and shown that the mycelium germinated and grew quickly,the fruit body was round and tidy,and the biological efficiency was higher when Hericium Erinaceus was cultivated in bottles.The fruitbody yield was high and fruit body was moderate when Hericium Erinaceus was cultivated in bags.The fruit body primordial was formed slowly and the biological efficiency was as high as 100% when Hericium Erinaceus was cultivated in mudwall for producing large fruit body.
