Abstract
In this study three kinds of hericium erinaceus were studied by using bag-system of processed cotton seed hull to cultivate and a large scale popularizing. The results showed that hericium erinaceus 96 had stronger adaptability, faster growth and higher update than big thorn hericium erinaceus 88 and hericium erinaceus 11, its biological efficiency can reached 110%~130%. Fruitbody contained abundant nutrition and had very good quality, so it was a ideal health food, and also it had important generalizing and wide application.
