Abstract
The Longtougou gold deposit was found in sandstone and slate strata in Middle Devonian Series by checking up of a gentle gold anomaly of stream sediment with geological and geochemical measurement combined with simplified geological mapping and trough prospecting of the 1 to 2,000 scale.Geochemical anomaly assessment is proved to be an important way to find ore deposit quickly.
