Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical significance of brain natriuretic peptide, cardiac troponin Ⅰ and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in acute myocardial infarction.Method The plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide, cardiac troponin Ⅰ and hypersensitive C-reactive protein parallelly detected in 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction group and other 30 cases of the contrasting group. The contrastive analysis and correlation of them were conducted and analyzed the relationship with acute myocardial infarction. Results ①The levels of BNP,cTnⅠ,Hs-CRP in acute myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than those in the contrasting group(P0.01).②In acute myocardial infarction group, significant positive correlation was found between plasma BNP,cTnⅠ,and Hs-CRP.Conclusion Brain natriuretic peptide, cardiac troponin Ⅰ and hypersensitive C-reactive protein combined detection of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)predict favorable diagnosis and prognosis.
