Abstract
The effects of Lactobacillus plantarum ST-Ⅲ on the composition of the intestinal microflora,with various amounts 107cfu/mL,108cfu/ml,109cfu/ml in the skim milk,were compared by detecting the amounts of Bifidobacterium spp.,lactobacillus spp.Entericbacilli,Enterococcus and Clostridium perfringens in the feces of rats.The results of zoopery showed Lactobacillus plantarum ST-Ⅲ had proper effect on adjusting the rat's intestinal microflora and the resultful dose was 108cfu/mL.The effect could hold three to five days after stopped the ingestion,but the amounts of the five kinds of bacteria were back to the original amounts on the fifth day to seventh day.
