Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia on the fast-track anesthesia in the recovery period.Methods Sixty-four patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation were randomly divided into two groups,with 32cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group(group P)received intravenous parecoxib sodium(40 mg) pretreatment and those in the control group(group C)received equal volume of intravenous saline. The agitation occurrences in all patients were observed and compared.Results There were no significant differences in the time to recovery of spontaneous breathing,extubation,eyelash reflex or eye opening between the two groups.Compared with group C,the pain VAS scores at 10min,30 min and 60 min after extubation and the agitation scores during the recovery period decreased significantly(P0.05),whereas the Ramsay sedation satisfactory scores increased significantly in group P(P0.05).Conclusion Parecoxib sodium could reduce the fast-track anesthesia agitation and pain,improve hemodynamics and inhibit stress response in patients.It is also accompanied with less adverse reactions,thus improving patients' safety in the recovery period.
