The Action on Well-known Trademark Dilution and Anti-trademark Dilution

The dilution theory has been drawn into The New Trademark Law of our country. But in practice, the forms and reasons of the well-known trademarks' dilution are various. In order to prevent the dilution, we must establish a tight anti-trademark dilution system from society to individuals, from national organizations to enterprises, and this system should be based on the anti-trademark dilution law with strict law enforcement, normal management and mutual supervison.
